Motorcyclist Identified In Fatal Old Town Alexandria Crash

ALEXANDRIA, VA—Alexandria Police have identified the motorcyclist in a fatal crash Saturday, May 5 in Old Town.

Around 7:47 a.m., police responded to the collision at Patrick and Wilkes Streets. Investigations found the motorcyclist was traveling south on Patrick Street when he struck two vehicles.

Christopher Agyekum, 32, of Manassas, was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The cause of the crash has not been identified. The Criminal Investigations Section and Crash Reconstruction Team continue to investigate.
