New CVS Store: Opening Date Set in Old Town Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A brand new CVS store, located at the corner of Duke Street and Holland Lane, across the street from Whole Foods, will open Sunday, March 27 in Alexandria, according to the company.

The 6,896-square foot store (including its pharmacy) is located at 1680 Duke St. (see map below) on the ground floor of the National School Boards Association building.

The company, headquartered in Woonsocket, R.I., counts more than 9,000 stores nationwide and at least seven stores in the City of Alexandria.

Hours at the new store will be: Sunday – Saturday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Pharmacy: Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Saturdays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sundays: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
