Water-Skiing Santa Returns on Christmas Eve in Alexandria
The Water-Skiing Santa, his Kneeboarding Reindeer, Flying Elves, Jet-Skiing Grinch, Frosty the Snowman and more are heading to the Alexandria waterfront Thursday.
