Dave + Busters Opens First Northern Virginia Location

New food, new drinks, new games and ultimate sports viewing comes to Springfield Town Center at opening Monday afternoon.

Dave & Buster’s opened Monday at 4 p.m. at the Springfield Town Center in Springfield, the company announced. The December opening aligns with the expansion of the new shopping center and marks Dave & Buster’s third location in Virginia.

The Springfield Dave & Buster’s is an impressive 33,700-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility featuring more than 30 large-screen TVs and a 360-degree sports bar, in addition to an expansive gaming area and dining room. Dave & Buster’s is gearing up to be a game-day destination for local residents to cheer on their home teams with massive TVs and “better than the stadium” seating. Guests can also enjoy Sunday & Monday Game Day Specials including $5 appetizers and $3.50 22-oz. draft beer specials from now until Feb. 7, the company said in a news release.

Dining at Dave & Buster’s offers guests an extensive menu of playful takes on American classics like Pretzel Dogs served with habañero dipping sauce, Bang Bang Chicken with Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles, Bass Ale Battered Fish with Parmesan Chips, the Short Rib & Cheesy Mac Stack, and of course, Dave & Buster’s Legendary Burger lineup.

Dave & Buster’s also offers interesting libations at the bar including adult Snow Cones, signature concoctions like the Strawberry Watermelon Margarita poured over strawberry ice cubes, and the all-new Glow Kones featuring a multicolored, flashing cube.

Games

Guests can play more than 150 of the newest games in the Million Dollar Midway including Transformers Human Alliance, Jurassic Park Arcade and Candy Crush Saga. Redeem those hard earned tickets with a trip to the Winner’s Circle to shop for a variety of prizes, including Apple products, Xbox games, sports memorabilia and much more.

In Springfield, professional athletes aren’t the only ones cheered and celebrated at Dave & Buster’s. In a desire to give back to the community, Dave & Buster’s will make a $2,500 donation to Positive Strides, an organization which strives to advocate, educate and support athletes, whether they’re just learning the game or working towards achieving their dream, who have suffered catastrophic or life changing sports-related injuries.
