Second Vehicle Sought For Fatal Pedestrian Crash In Alexandria
Alexandria Police say one driver who struck the pedestrian stopped. Another fled from the scene.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—As the investigation into the fatal Jan. 27 pedestrian crash continues, Alexandria Police are now seeking a second vehicle. Police say one driver whose car struck the victim stopped and cooperated with police. A second vehicle reportedly struck the pedestrian and did not stop.
The second vehicle was described as a dark, possibly blue 2011 Toyota Sienna. The vehicle would have front end damage, mostly on the lower passenger side.

The pedestrian, identified as Josef Holzer, 53, of Alexandria, died after being struck in the 5000 block of Seminary Road around 7:27 p.m. Police say the pedestrian was crossing Seminary Road in the southbound direction when a car struck him in the eastbound lanes.
