“Joe Biden is one of the finest and most passionate public servants America has ever known. We are stronger as a nation having had he and Dr. Biden as the President and First Lady’s closest partners for the past seven years. The respect for Vice President Biden, both across the country and around the world, is simply unmatched. I applaud him for the goals he has set for the next 15 months and I know that he will continue to serve his country for many years. In fact, I am confident that future Presidents -- Democratic and Republican -- will call upon him for advice and leadership as they grapple with tough problems facing our country.”
