Alexandria Shooting Leaves 2 Dead, 1 Seriously Injured (Updates)
Update: Alexandria Police say three people were shot at All Veterans Park. There is no threat to the outside community.

(Updated) ALEXANDRIA, VA—Two are dead after a shooting in the Landmark area of Alexandria Sunday night.
The shooting happened at All Veterans Park in the 100 and 200 block of North Pickett Street near Duke Street in the Landmark area. Three people were shot; two died on the scene and another went to the hospital with serious injuries. Police say one of the fatalities is the suspect.

Police notified residents of the shooting via Twitter around 9 p.m. As of 11 p.m., police say they are not looking for a suspect and the incident is contained to the park and there is no threat to the community. The Fairfax County police helicopter assisted with the investigation and has left the area.
