State Trooper Injured, Suspect Charged With DUI
Patrol car was stopped in response to a different DUI incident when the suspect's car rammed into the cruiser.
A Virginia State Trooper was treated at the scene of a wreck Saturday morning after his patrol car was struck.
Dilzzola Kunia, 38, of Alexandria, Va., was charged with DUI. Other charges are pending. He was not injured in the crash.
Two patrol cars had stopped on the side of the highway along Interstate 395 to respond to a different DUI incident. At 3:13 a.m., an Infiniti driven by Kunia rammed into the back of one of the cruisers.

The trooper had a minor head injury. The other trooper and the original DUI suspect were not injured.
