All Parks:
- Mulching will be taking place at all parks over the next couple months.
- Follow up application of turf amendments in select locations are schedule during the last two weeks of October.
- Leaf removal will be an ongoing process over the next 2-3 months.
King Street Park:

- There will be work on the tide gate beneath the manhole cover in the park. The work will have very little impact on the park and park access. Contact me if you would like more information on this project.
Oronoco Bay Park
- The viewing pier at the southern end of the park is being worked on this week to address safety issues. The plan is to repair the pier in small sections to allow it to be open throughout the process. This work is scheduled to be complete by the end of the week.
Montgomery Park:
- Experimental application of natural products (primarily salt) to remove weeds in the playground and dog park area is schedule to be completed before mid-October.
Rivergate Park:
- Tilling the volleyball court to loosen the sand is scheduled to be complete before the end of next week.
Windmill Hill Park:
- Removal of weeds in stream bed near dog park is planned for October.
- Tilling the volleyball court to loosen the sand is scheduled to be complete before the end of next week.
