Create Positive Self-Talk Cards! What we say to ourselves affects our mood and behaviors, so let’s practice saying positive statements and they’ll become automatic!

- “Even though I am anxious, I can handle anything that comes my way!”
- Ask, “At the end of a long and wonderful life, will it really matter if ____?”
Personalize the cards to the anxious thoughts you are having, practice often, and remind yourself that you can overcome the anxiety!
