• VA250 Mobile Museum to Visit Ker Place in Onancock Oct. 9-10 (shoredailynews.com) — A free, hands-on VA250 Mobile Museum exhibit is coming to Ker Place in Onancock on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 9–10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents can explore Virginia's role in the American Revolution inside a large interactive "museum on wheels," part of the statewide 250th anniversary commemoration.
   

• $615K Grants through Virginia Main Street (nrvnews.com) — Onancock Main Street will receive a $50,000 Virginia Main Street Downtown Investment Grant for its "Brighten Onancock" project, aimed at improving the town's historic downtown. The funding is part of $615,000 awarded statewide to boost small businesses, wayfinding, public spaces, and revitalization in communities across Virginia.
