As affordability continues to be a top concern for many buyers, the Summer Savings Event is designed to provide additional opportunities for those considering a new home purchase this season. Qualified buyers may be eligible for a variety of limited-time incentives on select homesites and quick move-in homes.
This event is intended to help make homeownership more attainable while providing access to some of our most desirable communities.
Homebuyers currently have opportunities across several Miller &amp; Smith communities. At Birchwood at Brambleton a 55+ community, only four Brownstones remain, offering private elevators and maintenance-free living for active adults, priced from the $800s. At Beacon Park at Belmont Bay, new four-level townhomes with rooftop terraces are available from the $500s, bringing modern waterfront-inspired living to Woodbridge. In the Richmond area, Sadler Square offers thoughtfully designed single-family homes from the $600s, providing spacious layouts and convenient access to the popular Short Pump area. These communities represent a range of lifestyle options for buyers looking to take advantage of summer savings opportunities. The Birchwood Brownstones are in their final opportunities with only a few homes remaining. Beacon Park's all-ages four-level townhomes are currently selling from the upper $500s and feature rooftop terraces and flexible floorplans. Sadler Square offers single-family homes in Richmond with move-in ready opportunities available.

If the last couple of weeks are any indication, summer is arriving early in McLean. After a cool and wet spring, the recent stretch of warm temperatures has many families thinking about pool days, summer activities, and how they want to spend the months ahead. With Fairfax County schools preparing to wrap up for the year, now is the perfect time to make plans for a summer filled with recreation, friendship, and community. The McLean Swim &amp; Tennis Association (MSTA) is currently welcoming new members and, unlike many area clubs, we have both Equity and Seasonal Rental Memberships available with no waiting list. Located in the heart of McLean, MSTA offers a family-friendly environment where members can enjoy swimming, tennis, social events, and a strong sense of community throughout the summer season. For families looking to keep children active during the school break, MSTA is home to the McLean Marlins Swim Team and offers opportunities for swimmers of all experience levels. Whether your child is just learning the fundamentals of competitive swimming or is looking to continue developing their racing skills, there are opportunities to participate and grow in a supportive environment. In addition to swim team activities, MSTA hosts summer swim camps and tennis camps that help children stay active, build confidence, and make new friends during the summer months. These programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible to a wide range of ages and skill levels. While children enjoy camps, swim team, and recreational activities, parents can take advantage of the club's pool, tennis courts, and social atmosphere.
