Accused Reston Shooter Ranted About Jews, Trans People: Report
Police haven't identified the shooter, who remains in critical condition, but one report claims to have identified his Twitter account.

RESTON, VA -- A new report from the Huffington Post claims not only to have identified the teenage boy behind the killing of his girlfriend's parents in Reston late last month, but also discovered his Twitter handle and a barrage of hateful rhetoric that includes support for Adolf Hitler.
The teen is accused of shooting to death 43-year-old Buckley Kuhn-Fricker and 48-year-old Scott Fricker, who had banned their daughter from seeing him due to his neo-Nazi views, according to reports. Police say the couple caught the boy in their daughter's room, and the teen shot them before turning the gun on himself. He is currently in the hospital in critical condition.
The Huffington Post report identifies the accused shooter as Nicholas Giampa, a name that has been circulating online but hasn't been confirmed by police. They say he posted under the Twitter handle @doctorpepper35 under the name Kevin Gallo.

"[His tweets] suggest a 17-year-old who’d drifted beyond the trolling of his teenage peers on the internet far-right and was fully in thrall to the racist, apocalyptic fantasia of white nationalism," the report states. "As @doctorpepper35, Giampa tweeted about his hatred of transgender people and his admiration for Adolf Hitler. He tweeted about using Jews as target practice."
The teen, who hails from Lorton where he was accused of mowing a 40-foot swastika in a field back in October, also apparently praised the book "Siege," which was written by a neo-Nazi follower of Charles Manson. He also expressed support for the white nationalist novel "The Turner Diaries."

Gruesome Details Emerge From Reston Murder Scene: Report
Giampa was referring to himself as a Nazi on Twitter by November, and his online comments proved to be so distressing to Kuhn-Fricker that she banned her daughter from seeing him and alerted his high school principal, the report states.
It all came to a head on Dec. 22, when the teen sneaked into the Frickers' house in Reston and was caught in the act by the parents, leading to the bloody confrontation.
"Police have withheld Giampa’s name because he is a minor," the report adds. "HuffPost identified him through his Facebook profile, where he goes by Nick Breedlove, using his mother’s maiden name. Until recently, he listed the daughter of the slain couple as his girlfriend. (The teen girl’s Facebook page has since been removed.) A hospital operator at Reston Hospital Center confirmed on Wednesday that Giampa was a patient there. Friends of the victims’ family spoke to HuffPost on the condition of anonymity about the teen girl’s relationship with Giampa."
The Twitter account @doctorpepper35 was linked to Giampa's Facebook profile, according to the report.
