Another Reston Break-In, This Time On Hunter Mill Road: Police
A woman awoke from her nap and found prescription pills had been stolen, according to police.

RESTON, VA — Police are investigating another break-in in the Reston District, this time involving prescription pills at a house on Hunter Mill Road.
The victim apparently woke from her nap at around 11 a.m. on July 24 to "find someone had forced entry into her home" in the 1400 block of Hunter Mill Road, and had stolen prescription pills, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
Police believe the burglary happened sometime between 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 23 and Monday morning.

A few days before, a Reston woman living in the 11700 block of Ledura Court returned home to "find her apartment had been entered," although nothing had been stolen. The break-in likely happened between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 18-21, police say.
The break-ins are about five miles apart, and there is no indication that they are connected.
