
This is an introductory/beginner class. We will focus on learning the foundational movements (circular, figure 8, isolation, and shimmy) movements of the head, neck, ribcage, and belly/pelvis/hips, plus a little choreography and free dancing.
This is a body-positive class that is appropriate for people who are looking for a fun way to have a rewarding full body work out and learn to use muscles they probably have no idea they possess!
**Adult class - ages 18+. NO experience needed.
