→ 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 lose an estimated $74.9M in equity. 93 families cross into negative equity.
→ 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗳𝗮𝘅 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 loses $763,855/year in existing tax revenue starting Day 1, breaks even Year 3, earns back homeowner loss in approximately 44 years.
This is not anti-development. It is anti-development at the cost of the community when a balance has not been found. The same proposal keeps being filed through different mechanisms instead of being updated to fit the rules.
