RESTON, VA -- It took a while, but Founding Farmers is finally opening at Reston Station on April 11, so make your reservations now if you want to be there for the grand opening.
Founding Farmers currently has four locations: one in D.C., one in Potomac, Md., one in Tysons Corner, and one up in King of Prussia, Pa.
Founding Farmers exploded in popularity when it opened, and the D.C. flagship location holds the remarkable distinction of being the most-booked restaurant on OpenTable not only in D.C. but across the United States for the past five years.

The restaurant is managed by the Farmers Restaurant Group, which is owned by 42,000 American family farmers from the North Dakota Farmers Union. Their aim is to create a restaurant the provides authentic farm-to-table food.
However, the restaurant is not without its critics. In a 2016 review, the Washington Post's Tom Sietsema famously gave the restaurant zero stars.
