NoVa Man Guilty Of 'Annoying Phone Calls': Report
FALLS CHURCH, VA — A Falls Church man accused of impersonating a Fairfax County police officer was found guilty this week of making "annoying phone calls," according to a media report. Steve Maldonado, 38, was arrested in March for allegedly using the name of a retired officer to scare off a solicitor, say authorities.
