During 2022, Selvaraj-D'Souza served as president, Jushchuk as vice president, Flashman as secretary, and Petrine as treasurer.
Over the last year, the RA Board experienced a great deal of turnover. A day after Flashman, Dodd, and Glenn Small (At-Large) joined as new board members in April 2022, Tim Dowling (At-Large) submitted his letter of resignation to outgoing RA President Caren Anton.
Then, on the same day in May that the board tapped John Farrell to fill Dowling's vacant seat until April 2023, Anton submitted her own letter of resignation to the board.
Four candidates vied for Anton's seat during the board's June 24 meeting, with Margaret Perry being chosen to represent the Hunters Woods/Dogwood community through the March 2023 election.
Then on Nov. 29, 2022, Small submitted his resignation, explaining that his board service was always a "'stretch assignment,' both in terms of bandwidth and association board experience."
During its January meeting, the board chose Travis Johnson to fill Small's at-large seat.
Tuesday night's annual meeting was also the first one for Michael A. "Mac" Cummins, who the board hired as its new chief executive officer last July.
