Dr. Aytan Mammadova, MD is a board-certified Endocrinologist at Chantilly Family Medicine, specializing in the diagnosis and management of hormonal, metabolic, and thyroid disorders. With triple board certifications in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, Geriatric Medicine, and Internal Medicine, Dr. Mammadova provides expert care for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes (including insulin pumps and CGM), hypothyroidism, PCOS, osteoporosis, and adrenal disorders.Her unique background in Geriatrics allows her to provide specialized, compassionate care for senior patients with complex metabolic needs.
