TYSONS CORNER, VA (February 17, 2017) – Cresa, the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated corporate services, continues to expand with the opening of a new office at 7901 Jones Branch Drive in Tysons Corner, VA.

“There is considerable, unmet demand for our services in this area,” says Rich Rhodes, a Managing Principal of Cresa DC and former CEO of Cresa LLC. “Our area offices already derive over 30% of our revenue from Northern Virginia, and this new facility will help us grow that revenue segment even further by recruiting top local talent and serving additional clients.”
The 3,100 SF office is in a 200K SF, Class A standalone building that Cresa is leasing from C-T Shenandoah LLC.

The projected move-in date is early March of this year, with Cresa’s Project Management team overseeing the buildout of the space.
The new location is an expansion of Cresa’s office on Pinnacle Drive in McLean, and it joins longstanding local Cresa offices in DC, Bethesda, and Baltimore.
Working with Rhodes initially in the new office will be nine professionals, including Kathy Thomas, Managing Principal, Project Management, and Principal William Tidwell. The office will open with 18 seats, and Rhodes, who has been based in Cresa’s Bethesda office for 33 years, projects that the office will be at capacity within the year. New hires are expected to be announced shortly.
“The opening of Tysons is the right move at the right time, and it should be a big part of our growth plans,” says Rhodes, who is leading new business development and recruitment.
