Silverline Center Lights Up Green on St. Patrick's Day

If you're in Tysons, watch for Silverline Center's sparkling green light display on St. Patrick's Day!

Silverline Center, a “one of a kind” office building in Tysons, will display dynamic green lighting on Thursday, March 17 in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Consistent with other world landmarks, Silverline Center lights up the Tysons skyline with sparkling dynamic light shows to commemorate major holidays.

Washington REIT’s Silverline Center, a 526,000 square foot office complex at 7900 Westpark Drive, attracts more than a million views per week from the Capital Beltway and is located between two Silver Line Metro stations. Following an extensive façade and lobby renovation, the building is now 94 percent leased to Capital One and other prestigious tenants.

Silverline Center’s signature tower has a gleaming glass curtain wall façade incorporating 270 LED lights that can be programmed to match the corporate colors of the building’s lead tenants, providing iconic branding opportunities.

Silverline Center is located within 0.3 miles of the Tysons Corner Metro station in the heart of northern Virginia’s most dynamic and rapidly growing economic center. The building offers rapid access to the Westpark and Jones Branch express lanes. Winner of two NAIOP building awards, Silverline Center offers a wide variety of amenities including a conference center, fitness center, onsite day care, coffee shop, and white tablecloth restaurant.
