Fear is a useful and healthy emotion believe it or not...it a warning signal that you need to do something, you are in danger;  that is healthy fear; what you want to do is rid yourself of unnecessary and false fear.  
In this class you will  learn methods to control it;  how work through it, and stop being afraid of it.   You will learn new methods and tools to help you gain control over your life.
