Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. executive order entitled “Ending Radical and Wasteful DEI Programs and 
Preferencing.” The story got national attention and was featured on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E48GgDX2NCA" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">CBS's 60 Minutes with Scott Peley</a>&nbsp;when,
 in the wake of the cancellation, Equity Arc contacted retired members 
of the premier military and military academy bands to recreate both the
