Assistance League of Northern Virginia Receives $2,000 in Grant Funds

Rotary Club of Vienna, Va Foundation Inc grant to fund nonprofit's Operation School Bell programs which serve at-risk children.

At the Rotary Club of Vienna Virginia's luncheon on Wednesday, August 23, Shellie Kaufman Abel, a former Assistance League of Northern Virginia member and current Rotary member, presented the chapter's president, Kathy Jackson, a generous check for $2,000 from the Rotary Club of Vienna, Va Foundation Inc. This check will help the nonprofit continue its Weekend Food for Kids program for the new school year of 2017-2018. Many thanks to the Rotary Club of Vienna!
