Be Careful Out There! Trash Truck Loses Load in Vienna
Both Fairfax County and Town of Vienna notified residents there would be no trash pickup Thursday due to snow.

Be careful out there! Roads are snowy and slippery enough with Thursday’s weather. But a trash truck ran into trouble Thursday in Vienna when it lost some trash on Church Street, blocking the roadway.

Lawyers Road was partially blocked at Church Street in Vienna on Thursday due to a trash truck losing its load.
It’s uncertain if the trash truck was from the Town of Vienna, Fairfax County or a different service. Both the Town and the County announced there would be no trash pickup Thursday, although Fairfax County initially had said they would attempt trash pickup. The county announced at about 9 a.m. there would be no trash pickup.
