Better Know a Food Pairing: Chocolate!

That’s right, it is right before Valentine’s Day, Al Green is playing and there is love in the air, so why not have a class on one of the building blocks on love: Chocolate!
We will bring in all kinds of chocolate, and will be melting chocolate to make chocolate covered strawberries. Hungry yet? Great chocolate pairing wines will be selected and we are going to have some fun!

We are asking the modest fee of $5/person to cover our food costs.
