Calling all Youth League LAXERS! Bishop O’Connell High School Boys Lacrosse Program to Honor Wounded Warriors
On Friday, April 17th Bishop O’Connell Boys Lacrosse will play St. Mary’s Ryken @ their home field in honor of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP).
Please come support this fundraiser and watch some excellent Washington Catholic Athletic League lacrosse! A nominal donation to WWP will be requested tand donations of $5 or more will receive a WWP wristband. Donations of $20 or more will receive an Adidas adjustable hat.
During halftime, Wounded Warriors and current and past military service men and women will be recognized.If you or anyone in your family is a Wounded Warrior, or is serving/has served in the military, please come join us for this excellent opportunity to honor our service men and women! If you plan to attend and are a service member (past or present) please send Coach Colin Heeter,cheeter@bishopoconnell.org with your full name, rank, and branch of military so that you can be included at half-time.Please note that 100% percent of the money collected from the school-based fundraiser week and the game itself will be donated to the WWP. The boys lacrosse program will not keep any of the money. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
