Town of Vienna staff members continue to work in shifts around the clock to clear roadways and sidewalks. All primary roads are cleared, but many still need to be widened. About 50 percent of the Town’s secondary streets have been plowed to allow one lane of travel; the Town hopes that it can reach the remaining secondary streets over the next 24 hours. These roadways will need to be widened and intersections cleaned up over the remainder of the week.
Clean up has been challenging due to the amount of snow, the public works department reports. Trucks have gotten stuck frequently throughout the day, and several repairs have been required
