Brawl Breaks Out At Vienna McDonald's: Police Report

Police say two men and two juveniles fought in the McDonald's bathroom.

VIENNA, VA—Vienna Police responded to a fight between juveniles and men at McDonald's on Wednesday, Nov. 28.

Around 9:24 p.m., police responded to the McDonald's at 544 Maple Ave West for the assault report. A witness told police two juveniles entered the restaurant's bathroom, and the fight began when two men went in.

Police found the two juveniles in the bathroom, but the men quickly fled and weren't immediately located. No charges were placed.

A resident reported that an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway and rummaged through the vehicle. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Between November 19 at 11:30 p.m. and November 20 at 7:30 a.m.
A resident reported that an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle, rummaged through it and took some loose change and a flashlight.

Between November 19 at 11:00 p.m. and November 20 at 7:00 a.m.
A resident reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked vehicle, rummaged through it and took two pairs of prescription sunglasses and a penlight.

Arrest – Warrant Service 18-009563

Amphora Restaurant
377 Maple Avenue, West
November 20 3:01 a.m.
Officers responded to the report of an employee who appeared to be intoxicated and was yelling at
customers. Ofc. Colligan spoke to the employee and, upon his interaction with him, detected signs of impairment. A wanted check on the employee indicated an active warrant with the Fairfax County Police.
Ofc. Colligan arrested the 41-year-old man from Dale Court, SE in Vienna. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Drunk In Public and the warrant charging Failure to Appear for Driving While Intoxicated was served.

Crash - Maple Avenue and Center Street, NE 18-009714
November 26 7:11 p.m.
Vehicle-1 was traveling westbound on Maple Avenue, attempting to turn right onto Center Street, North. There was a road sign on Center Street advising the road was closed. Vehicle-1 struck the street sign, knocking it over. Driver-1 was issued a summons charging Failure to Obey a Highway sign.

Arrest – Noise Violation 18-009804

303 Mill Street, NE
November 29 10:50 p.m.
Officers responded to a complaint of loud music. Ofc. Williams determined the music was coming from The Bey Lounge.
Ofc. Williams charged the 48-year-old woman, from South George Mason Drive in Falls Church, Virginia, with Excessive Noise at Night. The woman was released on a summons.
