Weird Brothers Coffee will open its first franchise location in Vienna.

VIENNA, VA – Something weird this way comes, Vienna.

Weird Brothers Coffee tells Patch that they will be opening their first franchise location in Vienna this summer. There's no opening date yet, but things are getting close, the business says.

The new Vienna shop will join 2 Weird Brothers Coffee locations in Herndon and 1 in Leesburg. It will be offering the full Weird Brothers Coffee menu, Patch is told. Weird Coffee's other locations offer an array of coffee drinks, plus teas, smoothies, energy drinks, pastries, larger meals and more.

The local chain was founded by two actual (self-described) weird brothers and started as a coffee truck in 2016. Weird Brothers' website describes the brothers' love of coffee and fascination with other cultures and traditions as one of the driving forces behind the business.

In 2026, they were voted Best Coffeehouse in Northern Virginia Magazine's readers' choice poll. Earlier this year, local outlets reported on the company's interest in finding franchisees. Now, Vienna will see the company's first.
