Cooking with Beer Demos are back this fall!

Guiding Knife Certified Executive Chef, Joe Mariano will be returning this Fall with new “cooking with beer” recipes to wow the BrewFest crowd. Chef Joe will be using beer brewed locally by our presenting sponsor Mad Fox Brewing Company along with beer from Honor Brewing Company and Ornery Beer Company in his recipes.

Chef Joe will be preparing Grilled Romaine Hearts with Shrimp Skewers and Roasted Poblano Beer Vinaigrette, Cheesy Beer Crackers, Beer Stroganoff with Fresh Egg Noodles, and a Gingerbread Beer Bundt cake with Caramel and Chantilly Cream. Guests will be able to watch the demonstrations, enjoy some samples, and ask questions.

The focus for the NoVa Fall BrewFest will be Fall seasonal brews from a large array of breweries with some cideries in the mix. There will also be craft vendors, a cornhole tournament, and live music both days.

A ticket to the Nova Brewfest gives you a special commemorative beer tasting glass and 6 tickets for tasting your choice of handcrafted brews. Tickets are available for purchase online and the festival runs from 11am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
