In this fun, hands-on class, we will learn all about pasta dough preparation; kneading, rolling, shaping and flavoring with vegetables and herbs, as well as the proper way for drying pasta for later use. We will create some lesser-known pasta shapes and will explain how to match sauces with pasta. Grab a friend or date for a fun night of creating pasta from scratch!
