New Lease To Replace Wendy's Location In Vienna: Report
A new drive-thru use will take over the Wendy's location in Vienna, according to a report.
VIENNA, VA — Wendy's will bid farewell to Vienna as it is replaced by two chains at a drive-thru location in town.
FFX Now first reported real estate firm KLNB announcing a new Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins lease for 411 Maple Ave E, the current location of a drive-thru Wendy's. A news release from the real estate firm noted the lease comes amid "the significant challenge of securing a drive-thru property in the competitive Vienna market."
While Vienna does not have a Baskin-Robbins location anymore, there is a Dunkin' at 314 Maple Ave W.
