The chain offers 100 percent organic and grass-fed beef, as well as organic chicken patties, veggie and vegan burgers. Elevation Burger's fries are fried in olive oil, and the shakes include regular and vegan options. Elevation Burger's other Virginia locations are in Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, and Ashburn.
Vienna's Elevation Burger was also known for taking care of customers' special dietary needs. It was only fitting that the last burger was sold to a gluten-free customer.
