Fairfax County Summer Concerts, Wine Tasting Begin

The free summer concert series and wine tastings at Fairfax County Government Center are returning Thursdays.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA—Need a place to relax after work? The Evenings on the Ellipse summer concert series is returning to Fairfax County this Thursday, July 6.

Each Thursday from July 6 to August 24, the Fairfax County Government Center will be transformed into a live music venue with wine tastings. Fairfax County's own Paradise Springs Winery and the Winery at Bull Run are again taking part in the event with free tastings and wine available for purchase.

"Employees, nearby residents and music lovers can stop by after work to relax in Wolf Trap-esque style," said Sharon Bulova, chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors in a statement.
