The business is a professional jeweler offering engagement rings, wedding rings, loose diamonds, custom jewelry and repairs. Owner Lee Nguonly had many memories to share over the years, according to a 2013 Patch blog post by a local real estate team. One involved a man who hid a ring in the ocean and had his girlfriend find it while snorkeling. Another happened with a man who took his girlfriend to New York and showed up on horseback in "shining armor."

The business has also grown up with generations of customers. One story involved a boy who would look at the "pretty jewels" when shopping with his mom. Years later, he would buy an engagement ring from Princess Jewelers.
