Food Trucks, Music At Vienna's Last Block Party Of 2017
Not ready to give up summer yet? There's still one more Chillin' on Church block party happening in Vienna.

VIENNA, VA—Are you a believer that summer ends in late September rather than after Labor Day? Well, you're in luck, because Vienna's summer festivities are living on.
The last Chillin' on Church block party of the season is Friday, Sept. 15 from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy precious time outdoors with family and friends with dinner, drinks and live music. All are invited to the block party held on Church Street at the Town Green.
Attendees can grab a beer or some wine on site, as well as delicious offerings from local food trucks. Businesses expected to participate are:

- Captain Cookie and the Milkman
- Fat Pete’s BBQ/Curley’s BBQ
- Killer Tomato
- Laughing Crab
- Mr. MacFreeze

Northern Virginia's own classic rock band Chump Change will be providing the entertainment. There will also be children's activities. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
Commuters should be aware that Church Street will be closed to cars from Mill to Dominion starting at 2 p.m. Mill Street will be closed from Maple Avenue to Church beginning at 5 p.m.

Hosted by the Town of Vienna’s Parks and Recreation Department, the block parties are held every third Friday of the month June through September.
