Free Vienna Summer Concert Schedule Released

VIENNA, VA -- Summer is just around the corner, and Vienna kicking off the season early with its annual concert series next week.

The free concerts are held on the Town Green on Maple Avenue at Mill Street SE. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. Bring chairs, blankets and picnics but it is recommended that pets stay at home. Alcohol is not allowed at the performances.

The lineup begins May 5 and runs through August. Here is the full schedule of performances:

• August 4: U.S. Navy Sea Chanters – choral
• August 11: The Rockits – classic rock
• August 18: Chillin’ on Church: Mudlark – rock and blues
