Girls' Lacrosse: Madison HS Ends Regular Season 12-2

Despite strong defensive play, including 14 saves by goalie Ellie Socher, Madison dropped its April 25 game to rival Langley for the Warhaws' second loss of the season. The Saxons held the Warhawks to seven goals, four of which were scored by Logan Hanton. Anya Saponja scored twice and Zoe Dyer once. The final score was 9-7. On April 28, Madison ran over Hayfield 18-3. Scoring for the Warhawks were Hanton, Dyer, Saponja, Carly Rogers, Annabel Bentley, Caroline Turner, Elia Kim, Ashley Go, McKenna Nolan, Olivia Choutka, Bailey Brummer, Morgan Muse, Grace McDonough, and Lily Karp.
