July Chillin' On Church Offers New Food Truck Lineup

VIENNA, VA—The Town of Vienna's next installment of Chillin' on Church block parties will feature a different performer and food truck lineup. The block party will be held Friday, July 20 from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. on historic Church Street.

Rock and blues band Mudlark will perform live, and patrons can expect a wide variety of tasty treats from food trucks (subject to change):

• Rito Loco - Mexican
• DC Slices - pizza
• Sloppy Mama’s – bbq
• Red Hook Lobster Pound – lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, seafood mac
• The Inside Scoop - hand dipped ice cream, shakes, sundaes
• ONO Hawaiian Ice - Shaved Ice
• Little Miss Whoopie - custom MTO whoopie pies, nitro cold brew coffee, affogatos

Each Chillin’ event features live music, beer and wine sales, and a variety of food trucks from which guests may purchase both savory and sweet goodies. Remaining Chillin’ on Church events will happen Aug. 17 and Sept. 21.

Food truck offerings are different for each block party. Cash and credit cards are accepted for alcohol and most food sales, and photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.

Admission to Chillin' on Church is free. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.

During the block parties, Church Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from Mill Street to Dominion. Mill Street will be closed from Maple Avenue to Church Street.
