LearningRx of Reston, Va. Donates $300 of School Supplies to Six Fairfax Co. Schools
School Supply Wish List Provided by Reston, Va. and Vienna, Va. Brain-Training Centers
LearningRx brain training centers of Reston, Va. and Vienna, Va. are helping schools this year by providing $300 in school supplies for six schools in Fairfax County, Va. LearningRx staff dropped off school supplies to Wolf Trap Elementary, Aldrin Elementary, Colvin Run Elementary, Lake Anne Elementary, Forest Edge Elementary and Clearview Elementary, all in Fairfax County, Va. Baskets include: glue sticks, notebooks, tissues, disinfectant wipes, folders, pencils, markers, crayons, dry erase markers and highlighters.
“Anyone that has done school supply shopping, knows that the cost can add up quickly,” said Maureen Loftus, executive director of LearningRx of Reston, Va. and Vienna, Va. “So many of our teachers go above and beyond to provide for their classrooms too, and we wanted to help do our part to help students and teachers get off to a good start to the new school year,” said Loftus.
