VIENNA, VA - From the Church of The Good Shepherd: All bodies, all abilities and all ages are invited to participate in MADE TO MOVE, an intergenerational class led by fitness expert and author Wendy LeBolt, on Sunday, March 17 at 9 a.m. at The Church of the Good Shepherd (United Methodist), Fellowship Hall, 2351 Hunter Mill Road, Vienna.

LeBolt, PhD, an educator and sport scientist, is the author of the newly released book Made to Move: Knowing and Loving God Through Our Bodies, published by Upper Room Books. The book is dedicated to the late Mary Anne Noland, who served as Good Shepherd’s parish nurse.

As LeBolt writes: "We are made to move in God's direction, by God's initiative, and at God's pace. Our bodies will speak to us if we listen. Our bodies will teach us if we pay attention."
