Madison HS Girls' Lacrosse Continues Winning Streak

The Madison Warhawks continued their winning streak with two overwhelming victories on the second day of play in the Annandale High School Atomic Blast Tournament on March 25. Madison defeated Chantilly 16-3 and Patriot 19-6. Zoe Dyer led the charge with a total of 9 goals for the day. Carly Rogers had 5, Annabel Bentley and Bailey Brummer had 4, Anya Saponja, Logan Hanton, Caroline Turner and Olivia Choutka each had 3 and Diana Lowther and Ashley Go had one a piece. These players also assisted on many of the goals, as did Caroline Kurtz, Grace Knicely and Elia Kim. Goalie Ellie Socher had 8 total saves. Morgan Muse made multiple interceptions on defense, and Lowther and Rogers dominated the draws with 13 and 7 controls respectively. The Warhawks are currently 6-0 on the season.
