Major Vienna Shopping Center Gets New Owner: Report
A group associated with First Washington Realty bought the property for $63.6 million.

VIENNA, VA—The massive Maple Avenue Shopping Center has a new owner, BisNow reports. A First Washington Realty affiliate paid $63.6 million to obtain the property.
The 111,810-square-foot shopping center is completely leased out. Retailers leasing the space are Giant Food, CVS, G.N.C., Parcel Plus, Domino's, Sally's Beauty, Popeye's, Michael's, Advance Auto Parts, PNC Bank and Outback Steakhouse. The property owner hasn't indicated any immediate plans for redevelopment.
First Washington Realty owns 17 properties in Virginia, including Vienna's Cedar Park Shopping Center.
