Man Exposes Himself To Woman At Fairfax County Bus Stop: Police
Fairfax County Police believe the man charged with indecent exposure could be involved in other DC area incidents.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA—A Washington, DC man has been arrested and charged after exposing himself to a woman at a Fairfax County bus stop last week. Police learned that the suspect may be responsible for a stalking and sexual battery incident and could be involved in other crimes.
The indecent exposure happened around 8 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18 near the intersection of Lee Highway and Graham Road in the Falls Church area of the county. Police say the suspect came out of a wooded area and exposed himself at the bus stop.
The victim tried to take a picture of the suspect to notify police, and the suspect initiated a struggle for her cell phone before fleeing the scene. Witnesses helped police find the suspect and the phone, which was thrown nearby.

Donnell Rojas, 25, of Washington, DC was arrested and charged with robbery and indecent exposure. Since then, police have learned of the suspect's ties with another case reported in July. He is charged with stalking and sexual battery for this incident.
