Marco Polo Restaurant Fire Leads To Arson Charges For Teens
Aside from the restaurant fire, the two teens face charges for other vandalisms. They are being investigated for separate bomb threats.

VIENNA, VA—Vienna and Fairfax County Police arrested and charged two teens Wednesday for the October fire at the old Marco Polo Restaurant and other incidents.
The accused, a 14-year-old from Vienna and 13-year-old from Reston, face felony and misdemeanor charges, including arson and destruction of property. The two are being held at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.
Some of the charges relate to the Oct. 14 fire at the former restaurant at 245 Maple Avenue. The building was vacant at the time, and there were no reported injuries. The fire completely destroyed the building, according to Tysons Reporter.
