Meadowlark's Winter Walk of Lights: Dates, Job Openings

VIENNA, VA—As Meadowlark Botanical Gardens prepares to transform into a wonderland of holiday lights for the Christmas season, it is hiring seasonal staff. Meadowlark Winter Walk of Lights will be open Nov. 9-Jan. 6.

The holiday attraction is seeking attendants, cashiers and parking attendants for evening shifts. The positions are ideal to students seeking after-school opportunities. Schedules can be flexible around school, work and other obligations.

Winter Walk of Lights drew around 80,000 visitors last year. The half-mile walk is popular among locals, featuring returning displays like the Lakeside Lights, the Fountain of Lights and the Holiday Nature Walk.

The Walk of Lights will be open during the season from 5:30 to 10 p.m. daily. Tickets can sell out fast on site, so visitors are encouraged to buy in advance. Tickets are on sale now. Meadowlark is located at 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Ct, Vienna.
