Why EVERYONE needs to know

Mental health has been talked about a lot, and there's reason why. Mental health is a person's condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being. It's often associated with depression, but so many other mental conditions can be an outcome of poor mental health such as stress and anxiety. Mental health is influenced by biological factors, as well as psychological factors. We have no control of others people's biological conditions, but we can influence their psychological condition. One important point to remember is that language matters. What we say or how we say something can either help someone or hurt them. Another important thing to remember is to BE KIND. Small acts of kindness can mean a great deal to a person. And finally if you see anyone struggling or you're struggling yourself, find someone to talk to, whether it's a friend, a family member, or an acquaintance, talking helps. It is important to educate yourself about mental health so you know what to do if you or someone else is in a situation, and it's also important that you pass on the information you know to other people, so that no one is left in the dark.
