The Mixx Delight Brings Sweet And Savory Asian Fusion To Vienna
A ribbon cutting was held Thursday for the Mixx Delight, a caterer and food truck that's now a brick-and-mortar eatery.

VIENNA, VA — The Mixx Delight, an Asian fusion eatery serving sweet and savory options, is now open in Vienna.
The Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association hosted a ribbon cutting Thursday for the new business at 448 Maple Ave. E. The Mixx Delight replaces Madeleine Proust, a bakery that suddenly closed in 2022.
The Mixx Delight started as a food truck and catering business known as New Gourmet Delight. Now it has a brick-and-mortar location in Vienna, serving entrees, desserts, drinks and more.

Entree options include the banh mi and banh mi-style tacos, brisket bulgogi panini, bowls and more. Different varieties of bao buns are on the menu, such as pork belly, Chinese chicken, tofu and mushroom.
On the sweeter side, acai bowls can be customized with toppings like almond chia seeds, granola, fruit, peanut butter and almond butter. Taiyaki fish-shaped cones are served like ice cream flavors like Vietnamese coffee, salted caramel, chocolate malt, matcha, pina colada and more.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday. The eatery is closed Sundays.
